UniComp, Inc. specializes in mission critical software solutions and Workflow Automation Tools for the LEGAL, real estate, accounting and BANKING industries, as well as, custom software development for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, for the Microsoft Windows® platform.

The flexible and E X T E N S I B L E architecture of all our applications allow creativity to flourish, unimpeded by obstacles. We are all end-users of various types of software and we often experience and hear, "it can't be done ".

Established in 1983, the company initially focused on developing office system products for the minicomputer environment including real estate conveyancing, time, billing and management, calendar and docket control, as well as collections and litigation support for the Legal industry, Lease Management System Front-Ends for Banking.

To date, we have many satisfied users deploying our vertical market applications. We have in many cases outlived our competition because we focus our business on the customer needs; we do not "cut corners" or compromise the design of our software in order to "rush it out the door". Our commitment to the customer and his or her satisfaction is paramount, and is one of our primary goals, as defined in our Company's Vision.

  Web development and the current rage, the Internet's integration into our lives and the applications we use every day in ways that make practical, useful sense. Technologies include Visual Basic, with all a "rich client" has to offer, under stable and secure environments, both by itself and integrated with the latest MS Active Technology (ASP, Webclasses), Visual CGI, Perl and Java™.

 Operating Systems include: Windows®, from version 3.1, introduced in 1990, up to 1999's 2000 (including latter versions of '95, '98, and from NT 3.51 onward).

 End-User Systems:  Word Processing, from Wang Laboratories® OIS (Office Information System) and VS (Virtual Storage) up to Microsoft® Word 2000® and Corel WordPerfect®
